The Micro-Impulse Radar Monitor is a wireless battery powered tank level monitor that installs in minutes.  Certified for use in Class I, Division 1, Group D hazardous locations, the MIR monitor is used in a wide variety of fluids typically encountered in the petroleum and chemical industries.  It has a range of 12 feet, and is field adaptable to any tank size. 

The monitor enclosure is certified for outdoor use and incorporates threads that mate with 1½” and 2” NPT tank fittings for quick installation.  No calibration or special installation tools are required.

 The Micro-Impulse Radar Monitor uses the same robust RF technology available in all Remote Tank^TM products, which feature excellent range and long battery life.  And, the MIR monitor seamlessly interfaces with Remote Tank Controllers for easy set up and access to tank information by way of the Remote Tank  Data Center or PC View software.
